Patsy Biscaino holds the position of Administrator for Superior Home Health and Superior Hospice. She has over 10 years of experience in the Home Health and Hospice industry. She currently oversees the Del Rio, Uvalde and Eagle Pass business operations. Her expertise is in team building, business development and quality improvement. Patsy’s daily involvement has improved the Agencies productivity and outcomes. With her leadership skills and administrative knowledge, Patsy has propelled Superior’s reputation to a higher standard in the community.

In short, Patsy has over 20 years of experience in Business Administration and Customer Service Management. Prior to joining the Superior Team, she was in the Mortgage and Banking Industry for 25 years. Her certifications include: Business Management, Behavior Analysis and Operational Performance of Excellence, Sales Manager Level II and Marketing, Underwriter for Loan Approval under the Federal Housing Administration and a Certified Mortgage Broker.

 As a leader in the Home Health and Hospice industry, Patsy has the determination and love for the patients and families that she exceeds her own expectations by delivering optimal care.

 Outside of work, Patsy’s hobbies are dancing, singing, and above all spending quality time with her family.
