Belinda Juarez, RN, BSN received a nursing degree and graduated with honors from the University of Texas Pan American. Belinda realized the need for personalized patient care. She set out to create a unique set of standards where patients and families would experience their health care needs in a compassionate and loving setting. Her long-term vision became a reality once she owned and operated multiple agencies both home health and hospice. Ensuring patients and families were cared for at a higher level and promoting self-healing while self-empowering those around her.

 Belinda established Superior Home Health in McAllen, Texas in 2004 and quickly expanded Superior’s services throughout the Rio Grande Valley where she opened her second office in Brownsville, Texas. After identifying the needs of the rural population, Belinda expanded Superior Home Health offices to Eagle Pass, Del Rio, Uvalde, Texas. Later, opening Superior of San Antonio in 2007.

During Superior’s expansion Belinda acknowledged the need for a higher level of care opening a Hospice division. Superior Hospice services patients and families mirroring the same region of Texas as her home health division. While operating offices in McAllen, Del Rio, San Antonio, and the latest opening of Laredo, Texas in 2021.

The top core value at Superior Hospice and Superior Home Health is compassion. Belinda believes on giving back to the community through a non-profit she established, which promotes inner healing and personal restoration to broken children and families through Christian values. Belinda serves as an active board member for a children’s non-profit which encourages, educates and mentors families, children and at-risk youth. Belinda also volunteers with other organizations throughout the San Antonio area.

Belinda is a proud mother and grandmother. If you are to ask her what she enjoys most on her free time, she would say beach time with her family. One of Belinda’s passions is investing in self growth, one of her favorite quotes is “Success is no accident.
